It arrived quicker than I expected, I think. The packaging seemed decent overall, though one corner of the box was a little crushed. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.

I wasn’t totally sure how my photo would look on glass, but wow, it turned out way better than I expected. The colors are really sharp and the whole print is super clear, like, I kept checking for blurry spots and couldn’t find any. It was packed really well too, which was a relief because, you know, glass. Overall, I’m happy with how it came out.

The site was really simple to use and I had my order placed in just a few minutes. Didnt run into any issues at all.

I had to reach out to fractureme.com support about my order, i’m still not totally sure how I feel about it. They did get back to me, so it wasn’t like I was completely ignored, but the replies felt slow to me. I also had to explain the same issue more than once, unless maybe I just wasn’t explaining it clearly the first time.

To be fair, they did eventually help me get everything sorted out, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was. It just felt a bit dragged out and not especially clear along the way. I think 3 stars is about right, though I went back and forth on that a little.

My photo came out looking almost the same as it does on my phone. The skin tones look natural, and the sky color is pretty much spot on, so yeah, really happy with how it.....
